If you have reached this page, it is because you need a samples on what to say to BikeTexas. Below is a rough draft of what I wrote to Bike Texas. Also include links to pictures of cars parked in the bike lanes and any personal experience.

Subject: San Antonio Bicycle League Status
Content:
To Whom it May Concern,
My name is (insert Name) and I regularly commute by bicycle in San Antonio. It has come to my attention that Bike Texas is remaining silent when it comes to the decision of the League Of American Bicyclist call San Antonio a Silver Bicycle Friendly city.
I'm asking Bike Texas to take a public stance to come out against the League's decision to say that San Antonio is a bicycle Friendly city. Since the issue of Bronze status, the city of San Antonio has removed a needed bicycle lane down South Flores, and removed one side of one on Broadway. Cars regularly park in the bike lanes and where they put them, the bike lanes don't connect to anywhere useful like an HEB and such.
I fear that if we happen to win silver, the city of San Antonio will continue to avoid enacting the Bicycle Master Plan and make excuses for not putting down protected bicycle lanes down our most busiest streets.
Please Help out our city by publicly coming out against any friendly status for the city of San Antonio for those who are against adding necessary safe bicycling infrastructure will surely use the friendly status as a crutch to do nothing.
Sincerely,
(Insert name)
