In my blog post Anatomy of a Bus Stop Sign. These are the numerous bus stops that I've have come across in my travels. Each bus stop has a rating of 1thru 5 stars and a link to the transit system's home page. The grade is based on my parameters on what a bus stop should have.
Remember, each bus stop should have the following.
1. It should be recognized as a bus stop
2. It should be seen from both sides.
3. It should have the routes listed.
4. It should have a serial number.
5. It should have the times when the bus comes.

It should have the routes listed. 4. It should have a serial number. It comes close to #5, but I can't really tell what time it comes and when the buses stop running.
